BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE BOOKING POLICY.
*There is a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to secure your appointment time. Payable via APPLE PAY or
CASHAPP. Required 24 -48 hours before appointment.
” THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL SERVICE COST.
* Ensure that you have enough time set aside for your lash appointment. Full set appointments range from 2-3 hours and fill appointments 1-1.5 hours.
*Please keep in mind that if there are less than 50% extensions left or if the client is coming from another artist, it may be considered a full set.
* Last fill on another tech’s work will be charged as a foreign fill and priced situationally.
* Face masks must be worn during the service.
FILL POLICY
*Your natural lashes shed regularly. To maintain the look of your full set, fills are recommended every two weeks. If it has been more than Z weeks (approximately a weeks) you will be charged for a 3-week fill or a full set.
” During your service we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until your service is complete. To avoid irritation, accidents, etc.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
* NO REFUNDS for missed appointments.
*Please arrive at your scheduled time. There is a 10-MIN GRACE PERIOD. After 10 minutes $15 late fee will be added to the service, after 20 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED.
*If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours before your appointment.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48hours of your appointment. Not 49, why? Because you’ve had the last 48 hours to decide. Losh extensions are an investment of time, money, and care for both parties. 757LASHES will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubteshoot diligently however, we are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.
